Dance Tours is a professional dance education and production based organisation in the UK, providing unique education programs, gala performances and dance related events on an international level, using only the finest dancers, teachers, choreographers and production staff from The Royal Ballet and around the world.

Dance Tours also represents a variety of individuals, organisations and institutions within in the dance industry, and is directly responsible for providing specialist management, recruitment and support services for many of these groups and leading professionals.

Through these services Dance Tours has helped many organisations to successfully work overseas and to track down hundreds of talented dancers around the world. We have also helped many students and professional dancers find schooling and employment at these top organisations.

Dance Tours actively maintains professional relations with a number of major client organisations and continues to work with various organisations in countries including: The United Kingdom, Spain, Norway, USA, Canada, Dubai, Singapore, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

Company History
Dance Tours was established in 2005. In 2007 It received a commendation in the form of an export development grant from Austrade (the Australian government export development programme) and the Japanese consulate for its initiatives in dance education and tourism.

In 2009 Dance Tours changed its name to Dance Tours Productions (DTP) to resemble the status of the education and performance work it was producing. Since 2005 Dance Tours has been actively involved in a number of sophisticated promotional events and contracted to develop joint commercial activities nationally and internationally. It has been directly responsible for representing many organisations, institutions and companies around the world both locally and internationally. As well as produced its own performance and education projects.

    Dance Tours is managed by former professional dancer Mr. Justin Meissner.

Justin has had the privilege of working with the great dance professionals such as Sir Anthony Dowell CBE, Monica Mason OBE, Irek Mukhamedov, Sylvie Guillem, Darcey Bussell OBE, Alina Cojocaru, Viviana Durante, Miyako Yoshida OBE, and Tetsuya Kumakawa.

Today, Justin maintains a professional career as a dance events organiser and promoter. He has over twenty-five years experience in the performing arts industry as both a dancer and producer working in the education, production, recruitment and travel and tourism industry in the dance sector on an international level.

His ongoing desire and interest to promote dance events stems from his own background and career as a dancer. Justin has travelled to over 50 countries vigorously promoting dance to a wider audience in the hope to make high quality dance training and performance more accessible to diverse populations and to increase active community participation and involvement in dance around the world.
